Isha 이샤 Upanishad 내면의 통치자 ​​​ Aum. That unmanifested Brahman is perfect, and This manifested Brahman is also perfect. Fullness proceeds from fullness. Taking fullness from fullness, all that remains is fullness. Aum Peace! Peace! Peace! 이것도 완전하고 저것도 완전하다. 완전함에서 완전함이 나왔다. 완전함에서 완전함을 빼내었어도 애초의 완전함은 여전히 완전함 그대로이다. 옴! 평온, 평온,평온! 존재하지 않는 이미지입니다. ​ 1. Know that all this, whatever moves in this moving world, is enveloped by God. Therefore find your enjoyment in renunciation; do not covet what belongs to others. 이것을 알라. 변하는 세상 속에 존재하는 모든것이 신의 품안에 있다. 그러니 그대여 절제된 생활 속에서 영원한 기쁨을 찿으라. 모든 욕망과 애착을 버려라.   2. Always performing works here one should wish to live a hundred years. If you live thus as a man, there is no way other than this by which karman does not adhere to you. 인위적 욕망을 품지말고 그때 그때 주어지는 것을 수용하며 자기가 해야 할 행위를하라. 그러면 이세상 일로 더 이상 고통 받지 않으리     ​ ​ 3. Demoniac, verily, are those worlds enveloped in blinding darkness, and to them go after death, those people who are the slayers of the self. 참 나를 알지 못하는 사람은 무지의 어둠으로 뒤 덮힌 암흑의 세계에 다시 태어난다. 그리하여 계속 본능만을 따라 살며 괴로움 속에서 고통을 받는다. ​     ​ 4. The spirit is unmoving, one, swifter than the mind. The senses do not reach It as It is ever ahead of them. Though Itself standing still It outstrips those who run. In It the all-pervading air supports the activities of beings 참 나는 움직이지 않지만 마음의 속도보다 빠르다. 그는 감각의 속도 보다 빠르다. 감각으로 그를 잡으려하면 그는 이미 거기에 가 있다. 그는 움직이지 않고 있지만 존재들의 모든 행위를 앞지른다. 그가 생명의 원천이다. 그가 없으면 생명이 존재하지 않는다.   ​ 5. It moves and It moves not; It is far and It is near; It is within all this an It is also outside all this. 참 나는 움직이지 않으며 움직인다. 멀리 있으면서 가까이에 있다. 모든 존재 안에 있으며 존재 밖에 있다.     ​ ​ 6. And he who sees all beings in his own self and his own self in all beings, he does not feel any revulsion by reason of such a view. 모든 존재가 내안에 있다는 것을 알며 모든 존재 안에 내가 있다는 사실을 아는 자는 어떤 견해에도 반감이 없다.      ​ ​ 7. When, to one who knows, all beings have, verily, become one with his own self, then what delusion and what sorrow can be to him who has seen the oneness? 모든 존재와 자신이 하나임을 아는 자는 망상도 슬픔도 모른다네. 만물이 ‘하나임’을 아는 이가 어찌 ‘환영’에 울고 웃겠는가?      ​ ​ 8. He has filled all; He is radiant, bodiless, invulnerable, devoid of sinews, pure, untouched by evil. He, the seer, thinker, allpervading, self-existent has duly distributed through endless years the objects according to their natures. 참나는 두루 모든 곳에 충만하다 찬란한 빛 그 자체이며 형체가 없으며 흠결이 없는 순수 그자체 만물을 통찰하는 내재자이며 초월자이다. 시작도 없으며 끝이 없는 그가 온 세상을 주재하는 주인공이다.   ​ 9. Into blinding darkness enter those who worship ignorance and those who delight in knowledge inter into still greater darkness. 무지를 숭배하는 자는 영혼의 어둠 속으로 빠진다. 지혜를 숭배하는 자는 더 깊은 어둠 속으로 떨어진다.      ​ ​ 10. Distinct, indeed, they say, is the result of knowledge and distinct, they say, is the result of ignorance. Thus have we heard from those wise who have explained to us these. 지혜의 명료함 무지의 명료함이란. 현자들은 가르침은 이러하다.     ​ ​ 11. Knowledge and ignorance, he who knows the two together crosses death through ignorance and attains life eternal through knowledge. 지혜와 무지, 이 두길을 조화롭게 걷는자는 무지를 통해 죽음의 바다를 건너고 지혜를 통해 불멸에 이른다.   ​ 12. Into blinding darkness enter those who worship the unmanifest and into still greater darkness, as it were, those who delight in the manifest. 진정한 존재가 아닌 것을 숭배하는 자는 영혼의 미명 속에 빠진다. 진정한 존재를 추구하는 자 더욱더 깊은 미명 속으로 떨어진다.     ​ ​ 13. Distinct, indeed, they say, is what results from the manifest, and distinct, they say, is what results from the unmanifest. Thus have we heard from those wise who have explained to us these. 진정한 존재와 진정하지 않은 존재란 현자들은 가르침은 이러하다.   ​ 14. He who understands the manifest and the unmanifest both together, crosses death through the unmanifest and attains life eternal through the manifest. 진정한 존재, 진정하지 않은 존재 조화롭게 함께하는 자는 진정하지 않은 존재를 통해 죽음의 바다를 건너고 진정한 존재 통해 불멸에 이른다    ​ 15. The face of truth is covered with a golden disc. Unveil it, O Pushan, so that I who love the truth may see it. 진리의 면목이 황금 원반에 가려 있구나. 진리의 길을 걷는 내가 그의 영광을 볼 수 있도록 오, 태양! 이여 베일을 벗겨주오.      ​ ​ 16. O Pushan, the sole seer, O Controller, O Sun, offspring of Praja-pati, spread forth your rays and gather up your radiant light that I may behold you of loveliest form. Whosoever is that person that also am I. 오, 태양이여! 비길 수 없는 고독의 선각자여 만물의 주재자 태양이여! 눈부신 그대의 빛을 거두어 주오 그대 속에 있는 그분을 볼 수 있도록 아, 이제 알았네 ‘ 내가 바로 그.’라는 것을 < so ‘ham asmi >     ​ ​ 17. May this life enter into the immortal breath; the may this body end in ashes. O Intelligence, remember, remember what has been done. Remember, O Intelligence, what has been done, Remember. 이제 나의 육신은 한줌 재로 변하고 나의 생명의 저 불멸의 곳으로 가리니 오,! 마음이여! 영원한 자유를 위해 애써온 모든 행위를 기억하며 영원한 존재만을 생각하고 기억하라.      ​ ​ 18. O Agni, lead us, along the auspicious path to prosperity, O god, who knowest all our deeds. Take away from us deceitful sins.
